How do I add a new specialist?

Note: In order to create a specialist, it is important to first create ‘Practices’, ‘Role’, ‘Office’ and ‘Industries’. These fields are mandatory to fill in when creating a specialist.

In the left menu bar, select 'Specialists' under the heading 'Firm'.

Click on 'New specialist' at the top right corner of the page.

Select if you want to create a new account or link an existing account from the popup.

If you want to create a new account:

  • Fill in general information, specialist information, and contact information for the new specialist

  • Once all information is entered, click 'Create' at the bottom of the popup.

If you want to link an existing account:

  • Select the user you would like to link

  • Adjust any information necessary

  • Once all information is entered, click the "Create and link" button at the bottom right of the popup.
