# How do I create an event?

In the left menu bar, click on the heading '**Events'.** Here you can find an overview of all entered events.

To add a new event, click '**New event'** at the top right corner of the page.

You will then be referred to 'General information' about the event with empty information boxes that you can fill:

- Event name
- Event date (start date and end date)
- Timezone
- Website (not mandatory)

Once you have inserted all the necessary information, you can click '**Next**' at the bottom right corner of the page to continue with the next step.

Here you can add the specialists that will participate in the event by selecting (**Add specialists**) at the right side of the screen. Once the specialists are added, select '**Finish**' at the bottom right corner to create the event.
