This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to continue enhancing your experience with cutting-edge technology. With this latest update, we’ve focused on optimizing your work highlights section, and in the upcoming days we will roll out the following features: 1. **Translate** – KAI seamlessly translates your work highlights from your primary language to any language of your choice, eliminating the need for copy-pasting from translators. 2. **Anonymize** – KAI ensures that client names are automatically excluded from titles and descriptions. This, in combination with our recently launched Client Descriptions, makes it easier than ever to market your firm even for confidential cases. 3. **Enrich** – KAI enhances your content by improving readability, spelling, and grammar, ensuring your communications are professional and error-free. 4. **Summarize** – If you have a lengthy description that needs to be more concise for commercial use, KAI’s Summarize feature will automatically shorten your text to the perfect length. 5. **Create Internal Names and Commercial Titles** – KAI generates both internal project names and commercially relevant titles based on the content you provide, streamlining your content creation process. **Security: Your Data, Protected** We understand that with the power of AI comes the responsibility to ensure data security. That's why we’ve made security by design a priority in developing KAI. We’ve addressed key concerns and have incorporated the following measures: - **Data Usage**: Your data is NOT leaving our servers and therefore not used for AI model training, nor shared with OpenAI or any other party. KAI processes your data solely to help you improve your work highlights. - **Data Encryption**: All client data processed by KAI is encrypted in transit and even double encrypted at rest with AES-256 encryption. - **Data Model**: KAI uses one of the most advanced and secure Generative AI models available: Azure OpenAI Model 4O – Mini, downloaded and hosted on our own servers. - **Compliance**: KAI adheres to all applicable legal and regulatory standards, including GDPR. - **Data Location**: All data processed by KAI is stored within our European Microsoft Azure dedicated environment using DataZone deployment to ensure compliance with data residency regulations. We’ve taken these steps to ensure that KAI delivers the best of AI technology while maintaining the same high level of data protection you already expect from us.
